At Uncork & Create, every DIY Crushed Glass Kit is hand-assembled with care and quality-checked before it leaves our studio. Because each kit includes custom-selected materials and epoxy components, all sales are final once an order has shipped.

All Sales Final

• Once your order has shipped, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

• This policy ensures the integrity of our materials, particularly epoxy and crushed glass, which must remain sealed and uncontaminated for safety and quality reasons.

• Please double-check your color selections and shipping details before placing your order.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your kit arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. Email uncorkncreate1@yahoo.com and include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the packaging and contents

• A brief description of the issue

We will promptly review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered fulfillment. Once shipping preparation has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
